Tracking Auto Focus

Still tinkering with the settings of the Sony A6000 and today I wanted to learn more about the focus settings. Since I love taking pictures of my 2 dogs, I needed to learn the auto focus settings for moving object.... I set it to Continuos Focusing Mode which is AF-C  with the focus area being wide. My first step is to get used to the camera....I don't know why but I am sort of shying away from pressing the shutter to the camera. I have a fear that every picture I captur
